Are your products really all natural?

Yes. Every scrub, butter, oil, and chapstick is made with plant-based oils, salts, sugars, beeswax, and pure essential oils. No synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, or dyes — ever.
How long do your products last?

For best quality, use scrubs and butters within 6 months of purchase. Oils and chapsticks keep for about 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
How should I use a body scrub?

In the shower, scoop a small amount and massage onto damp skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Follow with a body butter to lock in moisture. Use 2–3 times per week.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Most are gentle enough for sensitive skin, but we always recommend a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full use. Check the ingredients list for any known allergies.
Do you ship?

Yes — we ship across the US. Orders are typically packed within 2–3 business days. Local pickup is also available; reach out via the contact page to arrange.
What is your return policy?

Because these are handmade skincare products, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Always. Nothing is ever tested on animals. We test on willing humans (mostly Kera).
